Dear Friend,

Just bought a 12V 20 amp battery charger for battery charging,I have few questions if anyone could answer.

Charger Specs as under.
Input 220V AC
Output 12V DC

1.What does 20 amp means(Does the charger will charge @ 20amp per hour)
2.How much electricity will it take per hour to give 20amp from 220V AC.
