Received a 50 watt amp today for my project. The specs say it is for a frequency between 28 to 30 MHz (RMKL 60). Maximum frequency on the transmitter I have is 27.991. Will this mis-match lower the efficency output of the amp?

P.S. This project is not for CB broadcasting.
