On April the 10th I will be attending the Electric Vehicle Society Of Canada Show and Shine with my 2000 Honda Insight and my brand new (not yet shown on my website) 48V custom scooter. The show will be held at Scarborough Toyota (1897 Eglinton Ave, Toronto) and will showcase all types of EVs from OEM EVs to hybrids to conversions to smaller vhicles such as scooters and e-bikes. Come on down, check it out, and be sure to say "Hi" if you see me. Even better, bring your own EV (or hybrid) and be part of the show. Contact editor@evsociety.ca for more info.

It was a pretty good show. Small, but that made it less hectic and actually possible to carry on a conversation. There were a number of conversion EVs; a firefly, an Escort and a Porsche 944 and Dart Swinger in progress. I was beside a factory Ranger EV with my Insight and scooter. The other side of the room was dominated by plugin Prii.

At some point I get the pictures up in the Misc. section.

So how was it?
Yerboogieman Posted - Mar 12 2010 : 11:27:01 PM
I guess that's why the RX7's all had 4 really small seats.

They consider everything rude.

My Cosmo has 4 seats. Apparently it is considered rude in Japan to not have 4 seats.

Have you ever owned a car with four seats?
Aaron Cake Posted - Mar 10 2010 : 1:33:42 PM
Well yes, I assumed that only local people would show up.

Hehe.

I'll be there... In my spaceship... Along with my little green friends.

I cannot go, as I am no where near Toronto. If I were to show up, and tell you who I was, you would probably punch me in the face.
