Can i use to forum with a free web host? seems like It wont work on Angelfire.com.. it makes me download the asp file...

While free hosts don't allow asp, many of them like Tripod allow you to use Perl scripts (cgi).

You will need to find a web host that supports Active Server Pages and Microsoft Access. Most free hosts (Angelfire included) do not. If the server doesn't support ASP, the file will not run as a script on the server and will instead be downloaded like anything else.
