Hai. I have a creative inspire t3130 sound system. Its not producing sound.i checked it with an audio test probe. Signals are getting to the IC. Its using BT4730D as amplifier IC (bt4730d boomtech). Ic is getting input signals and power. 14volt. But not giving output. I cant find its datasheet. But there's a circuit in google. With Chinese labels. When I meashure voltage across output pin and power supply neutral,it reads 13v on both right and left channels and also the subwoofer channels even when there's no input.( when no connection from wired remote which has 5 wires as G,L,R,Vo and St. Remote has an LED, and a wheel which act both as volume control and on /off switch) . But when turning on the amp after touching several parts of board , it makes sound for half a second and stops. Is the IC a faulty one? Any alternative for that IC?
