Can someone please give me info on board inside this battery charger
touched the + wire to - and heard a low pop now will not charge (PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND PROBLEM) Will in Al

If it has popped you probably won't be able to repair it.

Why not buy a new one from Ebay?

What happens when you try to upload pictures?

If there's nothing obvious wrong with the board visually, then you need to get your meter and work through the circuit stage by stage to find the problem.

Try resizing your pictures. If you are trying to upload pictures right from a camera, they will be several megabytes in size. This forum allows a maximum 250KB attachment. Resize the images. The forum should have warned you about size but there is an intermittent bug which will just error the form out with "Operation not allowed". I've not bothered to fix it because it only shows up randomly.
