Hi all,
I am studying for a Btec National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. I am required to Design and build a project related to my studies. I am considering doing a project involving a telephone ringer system. I am seeking the following information:
a) What is the normal dc voltage on phone lines in the UK?
b) What is the ac ring signal voltage and frequency in the UK?

Can anyone provide links to any official website with info.

Thank you all

(Edit...Move to Telephone)
