I would like to know if it could works with my mower motor.

If so ive to connect the rotate pin of the mower with the wheel with the help of a cable, is it right?

This has been covered before. If you set the topic view to "From The Begenning" or "All Topics" and then read up, you should find all the answers. A search would also help.

That said, there is no easy way to make a vertical crankshaft lawnmower engine work on a go-kart. There is no easy way to rotate the engine (though it can be done).

If you find a horizontal crankshaft engine, it is a simple matter to connect the crankshaft (via a clutch) to the drive axel with a chain or belt.
