Hello all,
I'm trying to work out an inexpensive solution for playing a greeting such as '...your call may be monitored...'. I have Vonage, I don't suppose there is any way to play a sound from my PC through my Cisco ATA box?
Alternatively I have looked at Symantec Talkworks and a voice modem or an external device with sound inputs and phone out.
If there isn't a way to do this directly through the Cisco can you recommend a solid solution? I've had a lot of trouble with the dreaded HSP modem & win XP, can you recommend a good inexpensive voice modem and software?
Much appreciated!

Although a Vonage connection normally comes from a router or some device (not a phone jack), I would still plug the link into a computer modem and get some program to do whatever you want. There are many modem programs around the internet, you should be able to get to work inexpensively.
