Hi,

I have been looking for a circuit that detects only on-hook/off-hook detection. But the circuit is not either on the subscriber (FXO) or central office (FXS) side (not on the edges of the tip/ring pair), it sits between them. The only requirement is to detect on-hook/off-hook states at the subscriber side.
Can anyone has info on this topic?

You can email to: aliuzel_2000@yahoo.com

Kind Regards

On-hook, a telephone draws no DC current.
Off-hook it draws DC current.
Simply make a DC current detector for each line.
