After all these years, AutoRama continues to be my favourite car show. After all, where else are you going to run into both a $300,000 Rolls Royce turbine powered trike and whatever this is under the same roof? That, and human mannequins which I have always found very creepy and somehow resisted the urge to poke.
I paid a lot of attention to instrument clusters and gauges, as at the time that was the focus of my '76 Cosmo restoration. It was also somewhat amusing to overhear an argument between two groups of people looking at this where the contention was how much power is lost because the exhaust is facing forward. You know, because normally exhaust is forced backwards by the motion of the vehicle. Uh huh.
