The monitoring of the ambient noise will include display of measured sound pressure level and current status in terms of quiet, moderately quiet and noisy conditions. Once the measured sound pressure level exceeds the prescribed level within a period of time, the voice alarm will be activated. How can i make this possible? Can you send me cicuit diagrams for this? thanks!!! here's my emailadd: aileen_je22@yahoo.com

A preamp for a microphone is easy to design. A signal rectifier and level display are also easy. A 3-stage indicator is also easy. A voice prompt can be recorded into a circuit, amplified and played by a speaker. But you won't hear the voice prompt because it will be covered by the noise.
