I was wondering if you could please tell me how to make an fm telephone bug or a simple phone tap. And is there any way of making a cell phone tap? Also could you tell me how to make a microwave gun, and anyother listening devices.

There is both an FM bug and a wired tap on the circuits page of this site.

"Tapping" cell phones these days is nearly impossible as they're all digital and encrypted.
