I realize there may be many of you that don't want to help, but for those of you that have been burned in the past please help! I went to this site, http://www.callrecordercard.com/, to inquire on how to tap a cell phone. They sell these cards, but from reading how it works the user (either receiving or dialing) has to know the phone is being recorded. Does anyone know of a device or call recorder card that can be used without the user knowing it?
Cell phone transmissions are encrypted digital signals. There is no way for you to "tap" them without getting a court order and cooperation from the phone company.
