I am busy with the telephone bug circuit and want to know i i cant include sunthing besides the telephone lines on the inputs and outputs for it to work like maybe a speaker.or anything that can compensate

Its input and power comes from the telephone line.
If you want an FM transmitter with a battery to power it and a microphone or a speaker output for its input then make the different circuit. There are hundreds of FM transmitter circuits on the internet.
