the hardest thing about making the spudgun is the ignighter.
i found the most obvious ways of doing this.
ignintion coil from a car and a 12 volt battery
it works a treat.
but i want to know how to make the input 12 volts at a frequency instead of dc.?

or you can get an electric lighter igniter

We have the gift to build what we want.

Get an automotive relay, connect the common contact terminal and one coil terminal on the relay to the positive of the battery, then conect the n.o. contact to the other end of the relay coil. then to the ignition coil. connect the coil neg to the battery negative. the relay should buzz, and pulse the power to the coil, inducing a spark. long lost relay trick ;)
