Well i built another gun and when i made the ignition(first time i used to spark plug and grill ignition) the spark was really small. how big the spark suspose to be? enough to make the barrel light up? to small to see unless its dark?

BBQ ignitors will make very small sparks, but you should be able to clearly see the spark between the electrodes. You might want to try a smaller gap on the spark plug if you get inconsistent ignition.
