Ok, my teacher in school has this briefcase. He invites outside into the parkinglot, opens it up, and Its a Go-kart. He locks the hindge, starts it up and takes a couple laps around the place. This go-kart is portable, runs on gas, and can go a maximum of 50mph(thought I doubt you wanna be going 50 on a brief case). I would like to get ANY information on: how to build one; where to buy one; who makes them; and relatively how much it will cost for anything; or any basic information about it(other than what I told you). This thing was so freakin awsome that I want one asap.

I'd give him a call anyway....
But I'm assuming that it's just a trimmer/chainsaw engine, with a chain that goes to the axel. Axel is probably mounted by two flange mount bearings to reinforced sides of the case. At least, that's how I would do it.

I didn't have a chance to examine the go-kart or even take pictures because after that day the school administration forbid him from bringing it to school because it was a safety hazard and some stupid other reasons. And I can't ask him nemore questions because he taught school in middle school and I am in highschool. It would be strange to call a teacher who barely remembers you and ask him to show you something. besides its just a side project and I need info from any site, tired of lookin for 7 months...

Why don't you just look at his design? You're asking us to desribe something that only you have seen.
There are many ways this can be accomplished, but probably the easiest is to copy his existing design, making improvements as you go.
