Hey im bulding a gokart identical to yours im using a lawnmower moter how would i attach it to the rear wheel{bycycle wheel} quote:

there are several things you have to consider when you build a go kart. is the motor horizontal or vertical shaft? do you have a clutch? matching wheel sprocket?
motor mounts?

I havent bought the wheel or lawnmower moter but i want to use those two things which type of wheel and lawn mower moter would work best

Depends totally on the wheel and what you have available. As I'm sure you saw, the go-kart page has a decent closeup of the drive to the rear wheel. Is there something specific you need to know?
