there is more problam exept the ratio?
becouse the engine starts but the scooter not working

That ratio is way too close. You look to be around 1:1, and you need to be over 7:0 with that engine. I believe I told you this in another thread. I would start with a 12:1 ratio, and then decrease until you find a balance between speed and accelleration.

You have to make the rear sprocket larger and the front smaller, you allready know that.
