there is another problam exept the ratio becouse the engine working but the scooter not moving maybe becouse the cluth working on air????

As I have said in two of your other threads, your ratio is all wrong. You need a much larger ratio between the engine and the wheel. Anywhere from 7:1 to 15:1, depending on how fast you want to go, if you have to climb hills, etc. A lower ratio will give you higher top speed, but poorer accelleration and hill climbing. A higher ratio will give you better accelleration and hill climbing, but lower top speed.

This was already explained to you twice, even before you made your scooter. You ignored this advice, and now you see the result.

Your engine has a peak torque of about 0.9Nm @ 3800 and with 1:1 gearing and a wheel radius of 6" works out to be ~ 5.9N force. If your mass is 70kg and the scooter was 20 then that's 90kg, under the acceration of gravity that mass becomes a weight of 882 Newtons!! vs 5.9 Newtons?? h'mm look at it this way, go to the fridge, get some frozen peas out and 1 at a time throw them against your monitor, now did you see how far the monitor moved?? no?? then do it again, keep throwing those damn peas till it moves, then make a thread asking why the monitor isnt working?? then throw some more peas and then start another thread...argghhsgsopx`&*%&^#$^#$%(

the ratio changes only the speed and the accelration right? so the scooter has to go at less 1 kph but he doesnt .....i think that is becouse the cluth is working on air
