I just skimmed the article. Neat, but I have always wondered why people want to burn hydrogen in an inefficient internal combustion engine. Fuel cells would be infinitly more efficient and reliable.
I have not seen any diesel rotaries. It would be difficult to achieve the high compression ratios needed and have the engine last long enough to be useful. Rotaries are not about fuel efficiency or torque (and on a lesser note, not about reliability)...
