Well, it's pretty simple...Just make your frame, install your wood, and seal with tar. Frame shape is non critical, just make it "boat" shaped. Probably a flat bottom is the easiest.

i found some plans for an one sheet skiff on yahoo search they are awsome im in the procces of building one the best part is the plans are free you just print them off cool huh so wondering how to do it go to yahoo.com and tipe one sheet skiff and the first result should be the right one if its herbs boat page sorr i dont know the url i also saw some plans for a kayak that you use willow shoots and make four or five oval ribs by bending them and holding them together with wire twisted on with vice grips you could probably use big paper clips after you make those you take some strate pices and attach ribs together making the frame and then you cover the whole thing with tarp the hole would be really cheap they said twenty five buck but i think i could make it for less its called the four hour grip clip kayak also found on yahoo search i dont know how to post pic but ill try

I finished the first coat of fiber glass at the begging of summer. I just need to apply two more. The boat is pretty solid now and looks good with the red paint. I will post picks as soon as possible
