I would like to know how do you do to know when you can run your playlist. If you dont have any monitor or something lkie that.

I have done a similar project into my car, almost a year ago, but in my case i used a 800mhz celeron processor, 128mb ram, 30gb HDD, Windows 98, i placed a video card with tv out, inalambric keyboard, and used a LCD 5.6" Power Acoustik to see what i was doing.

Of course, the people had many different reactions. But the difference with the reactions that you had with mines where made by the LCD monitor.

And for those who are interested in the price: Here in Mexico electronics components are much more expensive than in the US or Canada, but i sell here all the components to be installed(LCD, HDD, RAM, motherboard, processor, video card, wireless keyboard, inverter, and fm modulator) along with the installation(made by me ;) ) in $800 USD. Which means that my cost for installation is about $250 USD.
So if anybody whishes to install it in their car, it is not big deal. If anybody desires help, i would be glad to offer it(don't worry, there is no cost for telling you how to do it) just mail me at marcantuan@hotmail.com

P.D. i still don't have any pictures, but i will.

Voice feedback. The player uses the MS Speech SDK to provide a synthesized voice. Similar to those irritating automated phone menus.
