ok i have a 12 volt, 5 amp, 60 watt battery

and want to use it on my razor scooter to make an electric razor scooter

my problem:

i have no clue on where to get a motor for my battery
or what type to get

also what should i use for speed controll

Batteries are not measured in Watts. They are measured in Watt/Hours.

There have been many electric scooter topics in the past which cover motors. To summarize, the best bet is to get a "real" scooter motor from either a dead scooter, or eBay. Fairly cheap, and efficient.
