ok so divide the problem.is it mechanical aor electronis ?Some times i end up making the schematitics my self now a days they don't come withe the equiptment.The trick is have it scanned, that is booth sides of the circuit board.X ray the scanned copy with a flourescent lamp and use a pencil to inter connect the parts and wella you have a diagram..well i hope you have this much time.
