Well good, because the world won't end next year. Those people who believe it will, we call crazy.

Fuel economy is not going to be the strong point of any rotary though. With a well tuned ECU, about 30 highway MPG is possible but I'm guessing you'll be using all stock electronics, which are rather dated and crude. The stock stuff tends to run pretty rich most of the time.

Hi !: I've found in Malaga, Spain an Rx 7 with 65 k km, the owner wants some 900 U$, but he says that the engine runs well but if you want a fast raising of rpm, around 5000 rpm the engine starts hesitating and stops accelerating, while if you race it more slowly, it goes well beyond 5000 rpm. Any guess about the kind of fault, and if it would be difficult and costly fixing it ?. Regards, salut +

What year is the RX-7? They were made from '78 until 2004 and with each generation, the engine setup changed totally.

It seems it was first registered in March, 1988, thank you very much for your continued help.

Probably the 13B 6 port. The hesitation is likely due to a grounding issue. http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/grounding.htm
