hi guys,i'm just new here.,can somebody share me a design on this tone control posted here on aaroncake..,,thanks in advance...,

The Philips IC used in the tone control project here is obsolete and is not made anymore. National Semi still might make their tone control IC and the complete schematic will be on its datasheet.

Here is a tone control circuit that has been used for many years:
