The other day I was browsing the Internet, and I found an electric car made by Panasonic that was powered by… wait for it… 2 AA batteries but dose anyone have any idea how this can be done?

According to the article, it goes about 1 mile before the batteries are dead. Assuming that standard AA cells are used, that's a 3V battery pack at around 5-7 AH. So the "vehicle" probably creeps along at 1-2 MPH at the most.
