 Using Telephone Line to Lit a CFL

Hi, arron is there any way i can use Telephone line to lit a CFL tube(preferred) or the LED ?

Can u plz provide me the circuit ?

A CFL needs about 13W to light if it is a 13W bulb. A telephone line can provide maybe only 1W at 25V so it will not light a CFL.
A telephone line can light an LED or a few LEDs in series but then the current will cause the line to be busy.

Thanx guru for replying so fast,

Can u please provide me the circuit for LED Light and also on how do i choose the resistor/diode depending on voltage on my Phone Line.

btw is there any bulb that i can use that can lit brighter bulb (no prob if the phone gets busy, i am facing 16hrs of blackout daily ;) )

Since your electricity is blacked out for more than half of every day, then you must live on Mars or in a very poor 5th world country.
Your telephone system is probably also in pieces.
You can try to connect a few LEDs in series with a current-limiting resistor to the telephone line in the correct polarity. The LEDs will be dim.
