Hi
Is it possible to tap the numbers typed on the keyboard of a phone by tapping the line ?

It can be monitored by the caller id but if it's a blind number you won't see it. The only way is to capture the numbers typed by the sender on it's wire.

I'm stuch with a jerk who calls during the night and hides it's number but I'm pretty sure who does that.

Thanks

If you were to tap his line, then you could capture the DTMF tones and then decode them into the number.

Or just turn your phone ringers off at night.

That what I want to obtain as a result. The guy doens't make a noise when he calls. I suspect someone but the police doesn't open cases only on suspicions.

Turning off the ringer isn't a solution for me as I work by calls on a two hour advice. I need the phone 24 hours a day. People around me know to call only at certain hours except on real emergency.

It will be a massive logistical and financial challenge to actually tap his line. Call up a local PI in your area and make some enquiries. It's illegal without a court order.
