So, I finally got my Corolla running (Don't worry, it's good.) and when I drive it and it's wet out, the passenger side carpet gets wet even when someone hasn't been sitting there with wet feet or anything. What do you think and how can I fix this without welding?

First, find the leak.
You'll need to pull up all the carpet and sound deadening and then cut out the effected area. Paint it with a weld through primer after all of the rust is removed.
The local Toyota dealer should sell the body panel but you'll have to hunt down the part number. Cut the new panel to fit, leaving about 1" overlap. Now use rivets or preferably, panel bonding adhesive, to secure the new panel. Paint it with rust inhibiting paint and then reassemble the stuff you removed. |

| Probably just a "floor pan". There are likely a lot of different pieces available corresponding to all the sheet metal in that area. |
