I have a way to easily assemble and disassemble threaded spud gun components (barrels, combustion chamber plugs) apply a liberal amount of petroleum jelly on the male threads of the component, this makes a good lubricant for easy assembly and use, no more tight or locked parts. barrels and plugs come off/apart easily, it resists temperature and thermal expansion, makes a nice seal.
