| This simple counter can be used to count pulses, as the basis for a customer counter (like you see at the doors of some stores), or for anything else that may be counted. The circuit accepts any TTL compatible logic signal, and can be expanded easily (see Notes). |

| hii. i need to design a parking lot counter at basement parking. i need to use 2 sensor which is one at the entrance and exit. it will count the available space in the parking lot. if a car enter, the free space will be deducted. example from 100 to 99. it wil display at the 7segment at the entrance. so what i know to use is sensor, 7segment. the 7segment driver. i have to do this project by using microcontroller 8051 plz help n give me some guideline on schematic diagram or the equipment to use. i really apreciate your help.. | ||

| i've built a stopwatch using 555 timer and six 74190 decade counters connected to six 7-segment lcd displays but i can only get it to read 99:99:99. I'm having trouble getting every other counter to reset at 5 and trigger the next counter so the display reads 59:59:59. Any help you can offer would be great, thanks. | ||
